Warehouse / Sanitation/Disinfecting Warehouse

Our distribution center is looking for a hardworking Sanitation Worker and General Warehouse laborer. In this role, you will use USDA-approved non-chemicals to disinfect surfaces, sanitize all components of our production and processing equipment, and ensure that there is no unnecessary waste throughout the facility. You will also clean the floors, ensure that the building ventilation is clean and working correctly, and refill sanitary products and soap in the bathrooms.

Responsibilities

• Use approved non-chemicals to disinfect surfaces

• Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipment

• Dispose of waste within facility

• Sweep and mop the floors

• Dust ventilation ducts to ensure proper airflow

• Refill soap and hand towels in the bathrooms

• Report potential issues to management

• General Warehouse labor & up keep

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 30lbs

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
