Project Managers are responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. PMs lead a variety of diverse types of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, BPO arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.Essential Duties and Job Functions:Act as the "keeper (and communicator) of the vision" to translate the project strategy and vision developed with business stakeholders into what the project team must bear in mind every day to ensure they are building the right product. The single accountable party for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a given strategic initiative.Continuously learns by actively maintain currency and effectiveness of functional and technical skills by expanding knowledge of corporate or vendor provided training and self-study. Evolves with the team as delivery requirements change. Professionally seeks and accepts feedback of work product.Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders who the firm's executive team have given the budget and authority to fund project activities and make decisions regarding project capabilities and priorities. Extend this to external stakeholders when vendor or partner/ecosystem relationships matter
