Philips Internship: Project and Change Management - Philips Business System in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Duration : at least 6 months

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Shape the operating model of a leading health technology company undergoing a major transformation to improve 2.5 billion lives per year by 2030

You are responsible for

  • PBS planning - Collaborating with functional representatives and work stream leads to build, maintain and report on the PBS transformation plan

  • PBS heatmap – compiling and improving the PBS heatmap with functional teams. PBS heatmap is a dashboard that highlights the activation status of PBS in different businesses, markets and functions.

  • Strategic project support – support the PBS transformation team coordinating and contributing to strategic projects related to PBS changes

  • PBS adoption survey – setting up change adoption survey in EFM tool and processing/ publishing results in Excel per business, market and function

  • PBS adoption survey – supporting PBS adoption survey follow up with PBS network (Head of HR, Business Transformation and Communications)

  • PBS document update - supporting PBS document update & connected communication materials

  • Support creation of PBS assets such as use cases, customer stories, etc. in co-creation with functional teams

You are a part of

Philips Business System transformation team that defines and activates best in class ways of working (linked to PBS) in businesses, markets and functions.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Change Management Strategy or relevant field

  • Familiarity with project and change management standards

  • Ability to work with diverse international stakeholders

  • Fluency in the English language
