The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for you as a Demi Chef de Partie!

What are my responsibilities?

As a Demi Chef de Partie you are part of the Kitchen team. The team is responsible for the preparation of food for the Koepelcafe, 2b Bar, Scossa Restaurant, Club Lounge, Room Service, Koepelkerk, meeting spaces and the Ambassadors Canteen. You prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. You prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist and you check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.

You are responsible for providing our guests with an inspirational stay with unique discoveries they will always remember and want to share with their world!

To be eligible for this position you…

  • Live Life to Discover.

  • Can communicate in English and preferably Dutch.

  • Have previous hotel, restaurant and kitchen experience, as a Leerling Kok, Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie.

  • Are flexible in working different shifts (morning, evening, weekend), which makes your job even more diverse.

  • Have a passion for hospitality.
