About this position.
Your main focus is on providing technical support for our internal Teamcenter end-users worldwide. In this role, you act as the connector between the end-user and the solution team
Additionally, you work closely with users, key users, our first-level helpdesk, and the Teamcenter system administrator, delivering regular updates on support tickets
You are responsible for documenting incident reports, software defects, and enhancement requests
Furthermore, you perform crucial analytical steps during the troubleshooting phase, analyzing Teamcenter, database, and system log files to identify, clarify, and verify the reported issue. Workflows, SAP interfaces, and TCRA reporting will be among your primary areas of focus
You assist in specifying solution proposals with our users, collaborating closely with the Teamcenter solution team
You are responsible for testing and documenting new Teamcenter releases and leading minor projects within the Teamcenter framework
Your qualifications.
The base is your completed degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical education with relevant professional experience in the support environment
In addition, you bring long-term Teamcenter experience, whether as an architect, consultant, support engineer, developer, or system administrator
You possess a strong knowledge of databases (Oracle/MS SQL), Teamcenter software, PLM processes, and T4S-SAP interface. You have gained experience with TCRA. Knowledge of networking and communication technology, as well as programming languages, is advantageous
You have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Furthermore, you have gained practical experience in software analysis, development, or engineering
You have excellent problem solving skills. We also value your willingness to collaborate and your communication abilities, as well as your analytical thinking
