Aston Carter Patient Access Representative in ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania

Description:

In search of Patient Access Reps to join our physician scheduling team! Job requires the ability answer a high volume of inbound calls on estimate 60-80 a day. You will act as the corresponding physicians office that the caller is trying to contact in order to help them with scheduling an appointment.

Patient Experience is key - they support over 148 practices in the Lehigh Valley

Must Have:

  • Customer Service

  • Experience dealing with Irate customer

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle Irate callers is key

  • 6mnths -1year healthcare experience

  • 1+year customer service experience

  • Great attention to detail

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Critical thinker

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
