Job Summary: Manages the nursing and clinical support team members in an ExpressCARE practice with multiple service lines in multiple office practice locations. In collaboration with the Practice Director, ExpressCARE Director and Division Administrator, is responsible for clinical-support decision-making, clinical workflows (and clinical staff supervision specifically with the Practice Director). With the Physician Practice Leader, is responsible for the quality and safety of care provided to patients in an ambulatory office environment. Serves as a clinical resource and excellent role model for nursing and clinical support team members, clerical staff and the practice management team. Along with the APC Director, is responsible for clinical performance and quality improvement activities in the practice including development and implementation of protocols and standard work. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required. Master's degree helpful.
Experience as a clinical manager in an office practice setting preferred. Proficiency in directing, managing, guiding and educating.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Licensure and Certifications: Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse Licensure.
