In collaboration with the Practice Director, Physician Practice Leader and Division Administrator, is responsible for clinical-support decision-making, clinical workflows and clinical staff supervision (specifically with the Practice Director). Wtih the Physician Practice Leader, is responsible for the quality and safety of care provided to patients in the ambulatory office environment. Responsible for clinical performance and quality improvement activities in the practice including development and implementation of protocols and standard work. Serves as a clinical resource and excellent role model for nursing and clinical support team members, clerical staff and the practice management team. In the absence of the Practice Director, will assist with overall practice operations.Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as a Registered Nurse.Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Registered Nurse in an office practice setting or acute care hospital. Proficiency in directing, managing, guiding and educating.Demonstrates initiative and is able to function independently, as well as interdependently. Demonstrates proficiency in directing and guiding personnel. The ability to initiate, accept and adapt to change. Excellent Customer Service behaviors. Demonstrate superior nursing skills and continual advancement of clinical knowledge.
