Oxford Global Resources, LLC Epic Orders Analyst in Alger, Washington

Responsible for Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation as well as application support and issue resolution Project Details: Interact with Operational and IT personnel in identifying, evaluating and configuring systems to meet user and organizational requirements Maintain high credibility and ownership of system activities within assigned application Work directly with Operations and provides input on system design and capabilities Develop system design, including functional specifications and strategies, based upon the analysis of specific operational needs Analyze operational requirements and system capabilities to propose effective solutions Understand workflow practices and how to apply to system configuration in support of Operational/IT strategies, issues, and priorities Perform unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomes Work with Application Team to ensure applications are well supported and implementations are properly executed Follow defined standards and promote best pract ice principles Optimize, maintain and support application/system as required Participate effectively as a team member to achieve team goals and objectives Participate in change control processes Provide on-call support, troubleshoots and resolves production support issues Initiate escalation procedures Identify potential issues and refer more complex issues to appropriate level of support Build rapport and promotes team work by maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times, work to maintain open and professional lines of communication with all end users and colleagues, and utilizing key change management principles Attend team and department meetings Meet application deliverables and project timelines Weekly status reporting Timely project and data tracking with input of weekly time tracking Job Experience: Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of information systems experience, preferably in healthcare and with Epic (or relevant operational experience) Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in terms understandable to end-users Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to workflow design, issue escalation, and other projects that support business needs Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and technical writing Hourly Rate: 59.5-77 Oxford is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
