Aerotek Facility Engineer Manager - $120K+ in Albuquerque, New Mexico

One of Albuquerque's largest manufacturing facility is looking for a Facilities/Engineering Manager to manage a 3 shift operation. Full benefits package included (medical, dental, vision, 401K and part time off) .

Description:

Responsible for the managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities. Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BS Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering desired. Other four year technical degrees will be considered with appropriate experience

Minimum of 10 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

Initiate planned maintenance programs for a variety of office facility and process equipment

Responsible for preventive/corrective maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC, office equipment, etc.

Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion

Plans budgets and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates

Inspects construction and installation progress

Develop and administer annual budget
