We are currently hiring a Peer Navigator , to work in our Care Coordination Agency. As the Peer Navigator , you would be responsible for:
Engagement and Outreach to People Who Use Drugs,
Linkage and Navigation
Care Plan Implementation
Risk Reduction Education
Peer Navigator Minimum Salary: $ 38,000.00
Peer Navigator Maximum Salary: $ 38,000.00
Peer Navigator Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
1-3 years’ experience working with People Who Use Drugs
