Role Objective The Sales & Marketing Analytics Director steers the sales and marketing technology strategy to foster business growth, customer engagement, and innovation, collaborating with various enterprise leaders and teams at GOJO. This role entails crafting a business technology strategy and roadmap and integrating technology solutions to deliver critical insights and new capabilities that empower Sales, Marketing, Services, and Operations teams. The director plays a critical role in bringing the vision for the business technology landscape to life, promoting the adoption and utilization of technology assets. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Execution Architect and communicate a forward-thinking business technology strategy that aligns with GOJO's business objectives Manage sales and marketing technology solutions including customer relationship management, marketing automation platforms, and sales enablement tools and other technologies ensuring they promote a positive customer experience, support sales and marketing strategies, deliver operational excellence, and align to best practices Spearhead data and analytics initiatives, empowering a data-driven culture and facilitating informed business decisions enabled by accurate and timely data Define and manage core KPIs for sales and marketing performance, efficiency, and engagement driving optimized strategies and continuous improvement Maintain oversight of the CRM technology budget, focusing on measurable ROI to drive value-based spending decisions Change Management and Training Lead change management initiatives to foster adoption of new technologies Develop comprehensive training programs to equip teams with the necessary skills to leverage new technologies effectively Partnership and Collaboration Collaborate closely with GOJO IT, Sales and Marketing Teams, Customer Operations, and other internal stakeholders, facilitating steering and user groups to encourage active participation and feedback in technology and analytics initiatives Forge and nurture partnerships with tech vendors and partners, optimizing the value derived from these relationships Convene cross-functional workshops to encourage synergy and foster innovative solutions, drawing from diverse perspectives and expertise Innovation and Continuous Improvement Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative solutions to business challenges Work alongside subject matter experts to iterate and enhance technology and analytics solutions, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and beneficial Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field required MBA or master's degree preferred Minimum eight (8) years of experience in business technology management, analytics or a strategic role with a focus on driving business results through technology and data insights Proven experience in leading technology evaluations and implementations with
