Local manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Office Coordinator/Order Processor to work in their Parts Department on their 1st shift! Job Duties: Prepare customer quotes Review and verify orders & customer information Data entry Track deliveries Order Processing Coordinate shipping Answering and logging calls Provide other general administrative support Job Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role Minimum 2 years office experience Must be able to operate a multiline phone Strong customer service skills Strong math skills Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively Shifts Available: 8am-5pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
